I chose Osteo after observing a number of manual practitioners. I love that Osteos tend to spend more time with the patient and use a wider range of techniques, we are taught to really "think outside the box" because we often see patients who have already been unsuccessfully treated by other modalities.

I am passionate about finding and treating the cause of chronic pain and headaches by looking at the body as a whole and trying to identify what else may be a trigger. I also have a lot of experience with sport injuries after many years working for AFL teams. To help treat trickier injuries, I have completed numerous postgraduate courses in dry needling therapy, sport and kinesiotaping.

As a Melbournian, I really enjoy getting out of the city whenever I have any spare time. I love exploring Victoria's bush walks, wineries and taking my dog camping on the Murray river. I've also contracted the travel bug which has taken me on many ski holidays to NZ and a big Europe trip which I returned from last November.
