  • Our physios all have a variety of experience including working in hospitals. This means that they are great at pre and post surgical rehab among many other things.

We approach physiotherapy in a holistic way. We have a specialised exercise/rehab space, which is beautifully designed and specifically there for you to work in with your practitioner to bring you back to health.

Your physio might recommend clinical exercise classes in your rehabilitation (Clinical Pilates) - your practitioner might even be your Pilates or Clinical Exercise instructor (you can meet your health team here)! Either way, you’ll benefit from having everything under the one roof.

  • Physiotherapists are highly qualified health professionals who use advanced techniques and evidence-based care to help enhance your mobility and make you more comfortable day to day.

They assess, diagnose, treat and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders, working in partnership with you to help reduce your stiffness and pain, speed up your healing process and and improve your quality of life.

Physiotherapists often work closely with GPs, specialists and other health clinicians to plan and manage your treatment, and use a combination of hands-on techniques and exercises to treat and manage your injuries.

  • A typical session with our physiotherapist varies according to your needs and health conditions. It will also depend if you have booked a physio initial appointment, or an initial Clinical Exercise assessment - our physio does both!

However, a ‘typical’ session may involve:

    • Assessing and diagnosing your condition and needs.

    • Working with you to set and attain goals—whether that's maintaining mobility and independence in aged care or running a marathon

    • Developing a treatment or prevention plan that will take into account lifestyle, activities and general health

    • Prescribing exercise and physical aides if required.

Our initial physio appointment times are 45 minutes.
