El loves to create a warm and encouraging atmosphere where people feel safe to explore and experiment with movement; they also doesn’t take themselves too seriously and loves to have a laugh while teaching and learning. El sees Pilates as the movement you do to support the movement you need or want to do to live your best life. They personally discovered Pilates while rehabilitating from a knee injury. As a competitive Irish dancer Pilates was extremely helpful, not only aiding recovery but it resulted in improvement in performance on stage. Their Pilates experience has been varied, involving Mat work and Reformer and has taught children and adults over the past six years. Pilates is so adaptable for everybody and El loves how complementary it is for other movement practices and sporting activities.
