Grace O’Dwyer

physiotherapist, clinical exercise and Pilates instructor

Grace completed her physiotherapy degree in 2021 at ACU in Ballarat. She has experience across a range of different settings including occupational health, post-surgical and outpatient hospital settings, community physiotherapy, neurological rehab and sporting/acute injury management in private practice. She has a particular interest in sporting injuries, being a top-level sprinter herself. Grace is a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, and has also completed further study/qualifications in dry needling and GLA:D osteoarthritis training.

Passionate about building strong and meaningful relationships with her patients to facilitate their recovery, Grace enjoys seeing a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. Grace is passionate about a patient-first and collaborative approach to treatment, ensuring that patients feel understood, supported and valued in their rehabilitation.

Grace is an avid runner and has competed in sprinting and athletics from a young age. Through her experience of training and competing she had had her own experience with injuries. This led to her passion for working closely with people to facilitate their recovery to assist them in returning to the things they love doing, particularly on the sporting field.

Outside of work, when not training or competing at the track or gym, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing netball and spending time at the beach.
